Conjugated Linoleic Acid

CLA is found in butter and in the meat of outdoor grazed cow and lamb.

The “C” in CLA stands for “conjugated” which means nothing more than the chain of carbons has a double bond a single bond and then another double bond.

Studies show this fatty acid preserved muscle tissue while reducing fat in people (especially those suffering with hypothyroidism) trying to lose weight and tummy fat.

The amount they used was 3.4 grams of CLA.

Studies indicate that CLA can help reduce food allergies and enhance the immune system.  It is also believed to prevent cancer, lowering insulin resistance, triglycerides and cholesterol.
