Title NO Peanuts

There is so much to tell people when working with their health.  One I sometimes forget is that consuming peanut products blocks enzyme production.  This can effect the liver's ability to help digest fats small enough so that the body can't readily use them to rebuild the myelin.

Protein is needed to trigger the liver to produce bile salts, however, peanuts are not a good source of protein and should be avoided while working on the myelin.
